FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on orders over $100 (USA only).
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing and verification before shipping. Additional time may be needed during promotional periods or holidays.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered.
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS, USPS or FedEx.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates if the link is not yet working.
Transit times do not include processing and vary by destination. Delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.
Weekends are not considered transit days.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at web.usa@annchery.com.co.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes. If reshipment is needed due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes, which are not included in the checkout shipping cost.
Our company is not responsible for customs or duty fees, as they are separate from shipping. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
