Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • 30-day window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition (free from marks, stains, odors)
    • With all original tags attached
    • In the original packaging, if possible

How to Process Your Return or Exchange:

  1. Prepare the Item:
    Make sure the item is in unused condition and has all tags attached.

  2. Include a Note:
    In the package, include:

    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange (Refund or Exchange)

    If you don't have the original invoice, simply write the required information on a piece of paper and include it in the return package.

  3. Send to the Address Below:

Refunds:

  • Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you about the refund status.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same item.
  • Exchanges for a different item or model are not permitted.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original Shipping Charges: We do not refund original shipping charges.
  • Free Returns: We only offer free return shipping if the item is defective or if you received an incorrect item.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-21 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. We’ll notify you once the process is complete.
