We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.
- 30-day window: You have 30 days from the delivery date.
- Item condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Prepare the item: Make sure it's unused and has all tags.
- Include a note: Add your name, order number, and reason (refund or exchange).

- Inspection: We'll inspect your return and notify you of approval.
- Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (after approval).
